1. Eligibility

To join the Referral Program, you must:

• Provide accurate contact information.

• Be at least 18 years old.

• Be authorised to represent any business or organisation you submit.

• Promote SamuiDeals honestly.

• Follow applicable laws and platform rules.

SamuiDeals may approve or decline any application at its discretion.

2. Referral Tools

Approved referral partners may receive:

• A unique referral code.

• A personal referral link.

• A QR code.

• Other referral materials provided by SamuiDeals.

Referral tools remain connected to the approved partner and must not be transferred, sold, or misused without permission.

3. Referral Tracking

SamuiDeals uses a referral tracking system to attribute eligible bookings.

The standard tracking rules are:

• Referral tracking lasts for 30 days.

• The first referral is protected for 7 days.

• During the first 7 days, another referral scan does not replace the original referral.

• After 7 days, a new referral scan may replace the active referral.

• If no new referral is scanned, the original referral remains active for up to 30 days.

• Referral scans may be recorded in the SamuiDeals system.

• Customers do not need to enter referral codes manually when tracking works correctly.

SamuiDeals may review referral history and manually correct attribution where necessary.

4. Fair Attribution

SamuiDeals aims to reward partners who genuinely introduce or help convert customers.

Referral attribution may be reviewed when:

• Multiple partners interacted with the same customer.

• Tracking information is incomplete.

• A partner materially helped close the booking.

• Fraud, misuse, or technical issues are suspected.

SamuiDeals may apply a manual commission credit or override with a recorded reason.

5. Commission

Approved referral partners earn:

20% of SamuiDeals’ eligible net commission

Referral commission is not calculated from the full amount paid by the customer.

Eligible net commission may be calculated after deducting defined fees, costs, refunds, payment charges, discounts, taxes, or other applicable amounts.

Commission rates may be updated for future bookings, but completed eligible bookings will follow the applicable terms at the time they were credited.

6. Eligible Bookings

Referral commission applies only to eligible bookings that:

• Were validly tracked or manually credited.

• Were successfully completed.

• Were not cancelled, refunded, disputed, or fraudulent.

• Generated commission for SamuiDeals.

• Meet these Referral Program Terms.

Requests, enquiries, clicks, QR scans, and unpaid bookings do not automatically generate commission.

7. When Commission Becomes Payable

Referral commission becomes payable only after:

• The referred booking has been completed.

• The booking has not been cancelled or refunded.

• SamuiDeals has received the related operator or provider commission.

• The referral has been confirmed as eligible.

SamuiDeals may delay payment while a booking, refund, dispute, or attribution issue is being reviewed.

8. Payments

Referral partners must provide accurate payment details before receiving payouts.

Payment methods and payout schedules may be communicated separately.

SamuiDeals is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payment information, banking issues, or third-party payment providers.

Partners remain responsible for any taxes or reporting obligations related to their earnings.

9. Promotion Rules

Referral partners must promote SamuiDeals honestly and accurately.

Partners must not:

• Send spam.

• Make false or misleading claims.

• Promise unauthorised discounts.

• Create fake urgency or fake availability.

• Misrepresent their relationship with SamuiDeals.

• Use misleading advertising.

• Copy or modify SamuiDeals branding without permission.

• Create fake bookings, self-referrals, or fraudulent activity.

• Purchase fake traffic, clicks, or referrals.

  
  

10. Customer Pricing

The Referral Program does not automatically provide a customer discount.

Partners must not promise a discount unless SamuiDeals has approved it in writing.

The customer price should not be increased solely because a referral partner is involved.

11. Brand and Content Use

Approved partners may use authorised SamuiDeals referral links, QR codes, and promotional materials.

SamuiDeals retains ownership of its:

• Brand name.

• Logos.

• Website content.

• Referral system.

• Designs.

• Marketing materials.

Partners must stop using SamuiDeals materials if their participation is suspended or terminated.

12. Suspension or Termination

SamuiDeals may suspend, reject, or remove a referral partner for reasons including:

• Fraud or suspected fraud.

• Spam or misleading promotion.

• Fake bookings or self-referrals.

• Abuse of referral links or QR codes.

• Customer complaints.

• Breach of these Terms.

• Damage to the SamuiDeals brand.

• Inactivity or operational reasons.

Unpaid commission connected to fraudulent, cancelled, refunded, disputed, or ineligible bookings may be cancelled.

13. No Guarantee of Earnings

SamuiDeals does not guarantee:

• A minimum number of referrals.

• A minimum number of bookings.

• A specific income level.

• Continuous access to the program.

• Availability of every offer or service.

Actual earnings depend on eligible completed bookings and may vary significantly.

14. Limitation of Liability

SamuiDeals is not responsible for:

• Lost expected earnings.

• Tracking interruptions.

• Operator cancellations.

• Customer cancellations.

• Technical failures outside reasonable control.

• Indirect or consequential losses.

• Third-party payment delays.

SamuiDeals will make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate tracking and fair attribution.

15. Changes to These Terms

SamuiDeals may update these Referral Program Terms from time to time.

The latest version will be published on this page.

Continued participation after an update may be treated as acceptance of the revised Terms.
